All Requests for Proposals (RFPs) must be reviewed and approved by our Sales Team prior to booking. This package is only available for new bookings. Cannot be combined with other bookings. Cancellations and changes to the booking or event details must adhere to the terms specified in the event agreement, with changes communicated at least 30 days prior to the event. Outside food and beverages are not allowed inside the building. The Miami Beach Convention Center will not be responsible for the loss or damage of personal property of the guests before, during, or after the event.
