Parking & Directions

The Miami Beach Convention Center (MBCC) is located on 1901 Convention Center Drive, Miami Beach, FL conveniently 12 miles from Miami International Airport and six miles from Downtown Miami and PortMiami. The MBCC features an onsite parking garage with 800 parking spots including disabled, accessible and Electric Vehicle (EV) charging spaces, as well as bike racks.

While visiting the Miami Beach Convention Center, make sure to enjoy the easy access to the historic Art Deco District, spectacular sunny beaches, inspiring art and culture, luxurious resorts, delectable fine dining and premium shopping on Lincoln Road.

SPRING BREAK — MARCH 2025

The City of Miami Beach has imposed a number of parking restrictions and additional measures during the month of March.

March 13-16, 2025 and March 20-23, 2025

The most stringent measures will be implemented during the periods of March 13-16 and March 20-23, 2025, including:

Parking garages and surface lots south of 23 Street will be closed, including the garages at 7 Street and Collins Avenue (G1), 12 Street and Washington Avenue (G2), 13 Street and Collins Avenue (G3),16 Street between Collins and Washington avenues (G4), 17 Street and Convention Center Drive (G5), 18 Street and Meridian Avenue (G7), Lincoln Lane North and Pennsylvania Avenue (G9) and 23 Street and Park Avenue (G12).
A $100 flat fee parking rate will be in effect for visitors at the Sunset Harbour Garage on 19 Street and Bay Road (G10) and the 42 Street garage between Royal Palm and Sheridan avenues (G6).
Parking garage and surface lot closures as well as flat-fee parking rates do not apply to Miami Beach residents, access card holders, permit holders or Miami Beach employees. For regular rates to apply, proof of Miami Beach residency or employment (pay stub, letter, ID card, etc.) will be required upon entry.
The MBCC Parking deck (G11) remains open for event attendees with proper credentials (approx. 800 spaces). See below for detailed directions.
Alternatively:
The following individuals are authorized to park in the 17th Street garage (G5) with credentials:
- MBCC exhibitors, attendees, staff and vendors: Event pass, exhibitor badge, or employee ID
- Miami Beach registered residents: Proof of residency (e.g., ID, utility bill, or resident parking permit), access card or permit holders
- Miami Beach employees: Employee ID or pay stub

Please note that the information for March 2025 is subject to change on short notice due to potential changes in policies and measures imposed by the City of Miami Beach and the Police Department.

Miami Beach Convention Center Parking Garage

The MBCC Campus has a parking garage with 800 parking spaces available for use during your events with a $20 flat fee. The parking garage decks are located on the 4th and 5th level (uncovered) of the Miami Beach Convention Center.

Enter from 1901 Convention Center Drive (West) or from 2000 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (East). For Grand Ballroom events: enter from 2000 Washington Ave, Miami Beach, FL 33139 (East). Valet service is available.

Hours: 6am-1am, 7 days a week (starting March 2023).

Accessible parking spots are located on the rooftop parking garage of the MBCC. To find more information on accessibility in our venue click here.

Electric Vehicle charging (EV) stations are available on the 5th floor of the MBCC rooftop parking garage.

Valet Service for MBCC events is provided by 1st Class Parking near the West Lobby . Main Entrance off Convention Center Drive.

Download the Freebee Ride App for free eco-friendly rides throughout South Beach and Mid-Beach. The City of Miami Beach partnered with Freebee to offer a FREE On-Demand Transit (ODT) service to riders throughout Mid-Beach. ODT service will provide first mile/last mile service connecting to the existing Miami Beach Trolley and Miami-Dade County Bus service within the service area and door-to-door service for trips originating and ending within the service area. The service is available Monday to Saturday from 6:30 AM to 10 PM and Sunday from 8:30 AM to 10 PM, and it’s FREE!
